Basca has recently complete the development of a new upgrade to the BascaLC modular machine, now the solvent based machine is capable of cleaning drums in alternative to IBCs or portable tanks. This new upgrade will be installed in New Zealand at a paint manufacturing company and will boost their production capabilities by removing the bottle neck at the pot washing station.
The machine has a fully pneumatic logic that enables the use of the machine with only compressed air, facilitating the installation in ATEX environments by eliminating electronic components critic for the area.
The washing machine is also equipped with a tilting platform to help draining the fluids the bottom valve of the tank, two stocking tanks for washing and rinsing solvent and three stainless steel filters to clean the washing media and allow it to be reused to reduce consumption to the minimum (solvent consumption per cycle is around 5L).
A second unit with the same configuration will be commissioned by mid February 2023 in Israel, follow us to catch up on the commissioning of this revolutionary machine for the cleaning of tanks and containers.
